If you’re like me and you would prefer to avoid the high streets as it approaches Christmas, then have a look at my Christmas gift guide where you can click and order in the comfort of your own home. I have listed 10 of my favourite gifts to buy and/or receive and have put them all in price range starting from low to high.
Maria Nila Shampoo and Conditioner
Maria Nila are a Swedish haircare brand, completely vegan and cruelty free. They do a variety of different products but my current favourite is the structure repair shampoo and conditioner. These are both formulated to treat damaged, dry and chemically treated hair. Helping hair regain its natural strength, softness and shine. A perfect gift or stocking filler, retailing at €11 each.
Yes. Dis iz my book. But it actually is a great stocking filler or the perfect gift for a makeup enthusiast and/or beginner! Full of tips, tricks, step by steps and how-tos. And it’s only £9.48 on Amazon!
Kate Spade Thermal Mug
One of my friends got this for a Secret Santa we had a couple of weeks ago and it has now been added to my own wishlist! Perfect for these cold, early morning journeys to work. Make sure you have a look at the other styles too!
The White Company Candle
The White Company’s signature Christmas scent, made up of cinnamon and clove with a hint of orange. The packaging for The White Company is so nice that wrapping any gifts from there isn’t even necessary (although they do offer a gift wrapping service too!) Their candles smell amazing and last for a while, so it’s £20 well spent!
Smashbox Lipstick Set
Another great gift for any makeup enthusiasts. This set is actually worth £90 but is retailing online at only £25. The set consists of six of their lipsticks in Famous, Primrose, Fig, Legendary, Tabloid and Inspiration and a lipstick mattifier is included too, to instantly turn the lipstick from creamy to matte!
ASOS do a wide range of dressing gowns, perfect for this time of year! I’ve had mine for almost a year now and still wear it most
days nights. Most of ASOS’ own ones range at around £30.
Elie Saab Perfume
Fragrance can be quite a personal choice, but it always makes such a lovely gift. My favourite at the moment is Elie Saab Le Parfum Eau de Parfum. I don’t usually go for woody perfume but it is also equally floral with its top fragrance note being orange blossom. The smell combined with its packaging gives it a really festive feel. There are dozens of stockists online and the 30ml bottle retails from anything between £30-£40.
Murad Merry and Glowing Gift Set
You can’t go wrong with a gift set! Wether you are buying for someone or its on your wishlist. Gift sets are almost always great value for money, for example this set by Murad is worth just under £120 and you can buy it through the link above for £51. The set includes a 3-step skincare regime: Cleanse, Treat and Hydrate and leaves skin feeling brighter and more radiant.
Daniel Wellington Watch
One of my favourite things to give someone as a gift has always been a watch. Daniel Wellington are one of my go-to brands for this, especially with their new collection (make sure you check out their rose gold cuffs too!) I have a discount code with them for 15% off which is valid until the 15th of January, just click on the button above and type in LAURA15 at the till!
Gazelli House Treatment
Gazelli House is my new favourite place to relax and unwind in the heart of London. As soon as you walk in it feels as if you are in the middle of the countryside and there is an instant feeling of relaxation. It’s a spa and wellness house so as well as doing the most out of this world treatments, they also host informal supper clubs, book swaps and poetry readings and always have inspiring guest speakers at evening events. Buying someone a treatment from here can be quite pricey but it can be a really nice group gift for someone that may need a little extra pampering. Or an extremely nice gift for yourself, your mind and body will thank you.
PS. If you book – ask for Alicia!
